What I REALLY listen to at the gym

I listen to an odd selection of music at the gym and I thought it would be funny to share it with you guys! From musicals to rock to pop, I have a real mix of genres and tastes when I'm working out and will often be in HMV looking for new tracks to add to my collection. I hope you guys are ready for this - don't judge!!

Musical numbers: 

There's something about the build of a musical ballad that makes them great for working out (no? just me???) and they always put me in a good mood. I've included a couple Disney classics in this section too, because.. duh.. Disney is great.

This is so oddly specific but I will listen to one rock album, and one album only. I don't know why but it's just perfect.

There are SO many to choose from but here are my top five. Guaranteed to make you sweat the f*ck boys out of your system.
